Solving The People Puzzle l

  In this basic introduction to "Relationship Dynamics", we help people to recognize Personality Styles and the common behavior traits of each style.  Participants will learn the basic needs and motivational factors that influence decision making and communication.
     
   

Then Experience...

    Session 2 -

Solving The People Puzzle ll

3 hours

  This session helps each participant develop an understanding of their own personality blend and an appreciation of the personality blend of the people they interact with each day.  Participants will develop a Personal Action Plan
     
   

So That You Can Apply...

    Session 3 -

Relationship Dynamics

2 hours

  This session enhances understanding of each person's behavioral tendencies.  Participants will broaden their understanding of and ability to apply personality style information when interacting with others.  This session focuses on improving communication skills and understanding other perspectives.

    Team @ Work

3 hours

  This session focuses on learning to work together better in a team environment.  Participants learn to apply personality style information to encourage other team members, to identify their own contribution to the team, to build better relationships, and to improve productivity.
     
    Session 4 -

Developing As A Leader

1.5 - 2 hours

  This session focuses on what it means to be a leader, what people look for in their leaders, and how participants can grow in their leadership skills.  We use a servant-leader model.
     
    Session 5 -

Leading With Style

1.5 - 2 hours

  This session focuses on understanding how to meet specific needs of each personality style from a leadership perspective.  Participants learn valuable insights in their effort to grow as servant leaders.
