behavior traits of each style. Participants will learn the basic needs
and motivational factors that influence decision making and communication.

This session helps each participant develop
an understanding of their own personality blend and an appreciation of the
personality blend of the people they interact with each day.
Participants will develop a Personal Action Plan

Relationship Dynamics
2 hours
This session enhances understanding of each
person's behavioral tendencies. Participants will broaden their
understanding of and ability to apply personality style information when
interacting with others. This session focuses on improving
communication skills and understanding other perspectives.

This session focuses on learning to work
together better in a team environment. Participants learn to apply
personality style information to encourage other team members, to identify
their own contribution to the team, to build better relationships, and to

Developing As A Leader

leader, what people look for in their leaders, and how participants can grow
in their leadership skills. We use a servant-leader model.

meet specific needs of each personality style from a leadership perspective.
