Dynamics", we help people to recognize Personality Styles and the common
behavior traits of each style. Participants will learn the basic needs
and motivational factors that influence decision making and communication. |

This session focuses on understanding how to
adjust your teaching style to meet the specific needs and motivations of
each personality style. Participants learn valuable insights to reduce
stress and raise productivity in the classroom. This module can be
modified to Parenting With Style. |

Needs Specific Case Studies

In this session we will work with specific
situations and discuss them as a team. We will look at issues that
affect your organization (district, school, or classroom). We will use
scenarios where participants can experience identifying with the different
styles for greater understanding. We will identify predictable
behavior patterns and discuss effective strategies for handling specific
situations. |
