Do I Need a Coach? What Is Coaching?

Coaching is more personal than training or public speaking.  In a coaching relationship, we will really get to know each other.  So, I'm going to start this page with something of a personal note.  If you are unsure about the coaching relationship, I have included some general information below this note.  First, though, I'm going to take a moment to explain specifically what I do to assist my clients.

I specialize in leadership and team dynamics coaching.  I help organizational leaders build stronger, more productive teams.  I offer unbiased, third-party perspective to help leaders and team-members grow in their ability to work effectively together.

My clients include small business owners, mid-level managers, and corporate executives.  Some work with me on an ongoing basis.  Some work with me on specific issues on an as-needed basis.  All of my clients want their teams to perform at the highest level possible.

I help team leaders analyze and trouble shoot their organization so that they can move to the next level of success.

I coach team members for improved effectiveness when relationship issues are the cause of less than optimal performance.

If you would like to talk through an issue to check me out, just give me a call at 765-794-4708 to take advantage of your complimentary coaching call.  I'm not big on high pressure sales tactics.  I don't work to close the deal when you call.  I will focus on you and your issue.  If you want to continue the relationship - great.  If not - that's great too.

I look forward to hearing from you.
