Guy draws on more than 20 years of combined professional and military experience to help his clients improve. With experience as a business owner, in senior business management, and as a U.S. Navy submarine officer; he understands leadership and team development.

As a Certified Human Behavior Specialist and as a Conflict Resolution Subject Matter Expert, he is trained to help others develop their skills in these areas. Holding a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, he understands the struggles and frustrations of technical people in roles requiring the use of “soft” skills. He has spent many years helping technical people grow in their understanding and application of the principles governing human behavior.

Guy specializes in conflict resolution, leadership development, and team dynamics. He also applies his goal setting, organizational development, personal development, and relationship development skills in many other arenas as required by his clients. 

As a speaker, consultant, and trainer he has helped thousands of people across the country grow in their ability to resolve conflict, build productive and healthy relationships, communicate more effectively, and to lead their organizations in more positive and productive ways.

Sandra Harris

Sandra speaks with both passion and enthusiasm. Using her experience as an educator, marketing/fundraising specialist, business owner, and parent she effectively communicates with audiences of all types.
